Shireman will maintain at the project site one copy of all contracts,
drawings, specifications, addenda, change orders, and other modifications
to the original agreement so that all parties can be coordinated
and up to date.

Each month the owner will be appraised of cash flow reports,
forecasts for the project, and of any variances between the actual
and budgeted/estimated costs.

All required accounting records will be maintained, including authorized
work performed under unit costs, additional work performed
on the basis of actual costs for labor and materials, and other work
requiring such accounting.

We make sure that all work is performed in accordance with contract
requirements, helping to guard the owner against defects and deficiencies
in the work.

In collaboration with the architect, Shireman will establish and implement
procedures for expediting needed drawings, product data, samples,
and other submittals.

We then record the project's progress and submit those results
in writing to the owner and architect.
