For more than five decades, James L. Shireman, Inc.,
has been a successful family-owned and operated Construction
Management and General Contracting business.

Company founder James L. Shireman served as a consultant
to the business, guarding the tradition of quality and craftsmanship
for which Shireman is known. Mark Shireman joined the firm in 1974
and is President, while Joe Shireman, who joined the firm in 1984,
is Chief Operating Officer. Mark and Joe are supported by a number
of highly experienced and qualified team members and associates.
Shireman's experienced staff provides friendly and effective service.

It is their experience in both Construction Management and General
Contracting that allows them to offer more services to their customers.
It also gives them the ability to train team members to recognize
the unique similarities and differences in both delivery systems;
a key element to their efficiency.

New technology and management techniques promise continued
enhancements, but the Shireman Team knows that technology alone
cannot satisfy a customer. That is why they will continually strive
