Mark Shireman joined the firm in 1974 and is President, while Joe Shireman, who joined the firm in 1984, is Chief Operating Officer. General Contracting: As general contractor, James L. Shireman, Inc., has completed many construction projects for private and public sector clients. Those projects include hotels, banks, shopping malls, office buildings, schools, hospitals, jails, and many other facilities during the past 45 years. We provide all the necessary service to assure the quality upon which Shireman has built its reputation.
Construction Management: James L. Shireman, Inc., combines expertise and knowledge of construction methods and techniques when implementing the management framework for a CM project. The primary task is to represent the interest of the owners during the construction process, from the design phase to final delivery of the completed facility.
